First, focus on your diet and eat grains, vegetables, and other foodstuffs that are rich in fibre. This nutrient grabs onto fat while your stomach digests it and then helps your system eliminate all the unwanted flab. Furthermore, fibrous food makes you feel fuller so that you do not overeat.
Strange as it may sound, you should eat more often. Smaller but frequent meals improve your basal metabolic rate, making you feel full all the time. This does not mean that you have to gobble everything in sight. Instead, choose non-fattening foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean meat, or fish.
Limit your intake of sweets and rich foods such as cakes and candies. These contain lots of calories, which when not used are converted to fat. If your sweet tooth needs satisfaction, get some frozen yoghurt, fruit parfait, dark chocolate, smoothie, or fruit sticks, which are low in calories.
You also need to drink lots of water, at least eight glasses a day. The liquid improves your muscle tone and cleanses the toxins off your body. Inadequate water intake makes it harder for you to get rid of extra fat. Finally, hit the gym as the instructors there can provide you a health or exercise program so you can have great muscles and tone to show off when you wear your new swimsuit.
